Terms of Service: The Panjabiyat Publishing App

What the app is

"panjabiyat" is an internal publishing tool. It lets The Panjabiyat's team publish and manage our own videos on our own Facebook Page, Instagram account and YouTube channel. It is not a public service, and nobody outside our team can sign up for it or use it.

Who may use it

Only people authorised by The Panjabiyat may use the app. Authorised users must:

• keep access keys and login details confidential;
• use the app only to publish content The Panjabiyat owns or has the right to publish;
• follow the terms and policies of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube and any other platform the app connects to.

Content

The Panjabiyat is responsible for the videos, captions and other content published through the app. Content must not infringe anyone's copyright or other rights, and must comply with the law and with the community standards of each platform.

Third-party services

The app relies on services run by others, including Meta, Google/YouTube and Cloudinary. Their own terms and policies apply when we use them. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or decisions, such as removing or limiting a post.

Availability

We provide the app "as is", for our own use. We may change, suspend or stop it at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Anurag Kamboj and The Panjabiyat are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or from any platform's handling of content published through it.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
